How does it work?

Baker Estates is pleased to offer members of HM Forces a tailor-made package which can help towards the purchase a new home, whether returning from overseas, relocating or even taking the first steps onto the property ladder. We can also assist by offering the services of our panel financial advisers and solicitors.

A discount of £500 for every £25,000 you spend on a Baker Estates home.

This equates to approximately 2% of the list price.
For example - on a £250,000 new home you would receive a £5,000 discount

£500 towards your legal costs

If you have a home to sell then instead of the above discount, you can utilise our Assisted Move scheme with agent’s fee paid up to a value of £5,000*.

Discount available to a maximum of £5,000. *Assisted Move is available on selected homes only. Your chosen new home will be held for 4 weeks, on payment of the reservation fee. Any extension to this period will be solely at Baker Estates’ discretion. Up to a value of £5,000 maximum including VAT.
